Information For Librarians

The International Journal of Technology in Education and Science (IJTES) is a peer-reviewed scholarly online journal. Starting 2020, the IJTES is published quarterly in Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Before 2020, the IJTES was published twice a year in January and July.

There is no publication fee in the IJTES.

The IJTES is an international journal and welcomes any research papers on educational technology using techniques from and applications in any technical knowledge domain: original theoretical works, literature reviews, research reports, social issues, psychological issues, curricula, learning environments, book reviews, and review articles.

The focus of the journal is mainly on educational technology so submissions from science areas should have educational technology aspects. The journal is aimed at covering educational technology topics.

The articles should be original, unpublished, and not in consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission to the IJTES.

We encourage research librarians to list this journal among their library's electronic journal holdings. As well, it may be worth noting that this journal's open source publishing system is suitable for libraries to host for their faculty members to use with journals they are involved in editing (see Open Journal Systems).
